Vasectomy Reversal

Vasectomy reversal is the rejoining of the vas deferens to allow passage of sperm again.

This requires accurate placement of the very small openings at the end of each severed tube then rejoining them using a microsurgical suturing procedure. The operation may take up to three hours if, for instance, an area of blocked vas deferens is to be bypassed.
